Automotive Express / Lube Technician Compensation Automotive Express / Lube Technician Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 (annually, depending on experience) Training & Education Paid 10 hours per day for Chrysler off-site training. (Reimbursed for gas/tolls) Paid $50 for each FCA web-based training certificate. Tool Allowance Flexible Schedule Shifts: Monday to Saturday (lunch from 12 pm - 1 pm) Schedule Options When you work on a Saturday, you have a day off during the week. We offer two different schedule options. 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm Job Duties Conducts vehicle inspections, including multi-point inspections Perform lube oil/filter, tire rotations, wipe/blade replacements, air, and cabin filters. Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed Must Haves Prior experience as a lube tech, technician's helper, or apprentice Demonstrate the ability to learn and repeat basic mechanical repairs. Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
