Mechanical Piping Engineer

Supporting the design and integration of high-temperature piping systems, the full-time Mechanical Piping Engineer will develop safe and reliable piping solutions while coordinating with various engineering teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Design and support high-temperature piping systems, including layouts, supports, and equipment interfaces Develop piping specifications, design criteria, calculations, and technical documentation for custom process systems Coordinate piping design requirements with multidisciplinary teams and support various project activities including procurement and installation Required qualifications Experience with mechanical piping design for high-temperature process systems or similar applications Strong understanding of piping design principles, including thermal expansion and material compatibility Ability to coordinate technical requirements with design, fabrication, and operations teams Experience applying relevant piping codes, standards, and safety expectations Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
