Position Overview We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers who understand that dementia care requires patience, skill, and heart. Experience With: · Alzheimer’s Disease · Dementia (all stages) · Memory loss and cognitive decline · Behavioral redirection · Sundowning · Mobility and fall prevention support Responsibilities · Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, dressing) · Support IADLs (meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands) · Provide companionship and cognitive engagement · Monitor and report changes in condition · Maintain a calm, structured, and reassuring environment · Follow individualized care plans Qualifications · Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (dementia care preferred) · Active HCA or CNA license (Washington State preferred) · CPR/First Aid certification · Reliable transportation · Strong communication skills · Patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor · Ability to professionally manage redirection and memory-related behaviors What We Offer · Competitive pay (based on experience) · Flexible scheduling · Supportive leadership and management · Ongoing training in dementia care · A workplace that values caregiver retention and satisfaction · Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in seniors’ lives
