HR & Manufacturing Admin Coordinator

BakeMark is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish)Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provideadministrative support to management, employees, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Perform general officeadministration and clerical duties. Support Human Resources and Manufacturing Operations in a fast paced production environment. Pull payroll reports and maintain payroll-related records. Coordinate onboarding, new hire documentation, and first day employee orientations. Train employees on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), workplace safety, company policies, and timekeeping procedures. Collect, organize, and analyze data to create reports for management Data entry, document management, filing, printing, and recordkeeping Generate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Coordinate meeting setup and maintain office supplies Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including data entry, report generation, and data analysis Ability to pull data from various sources and compile accurate reports Experience supporting payroll processes and maintaining confidential information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Bakemark
