Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring MA licensure and critical care certifications.

Job Details

• ICU setting within a hospital environment,
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment,
• Every other weekend required,
• Floating required to PACU, step down, and ED for holding patient care,
• Epic EMR experience required,

Job Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (may apply at time of offer for temp/perm),
• 2-3 years of related ICU work experience required,
• BLS and ACLS certification through AHA required,
• Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management required,
• Post-STEMI care experience required,
• CCRN certification preferred,
• Must pass ECG/Tele test and medications test at day one orientation,

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring,
• Will not accept more than one holiday off request during the assignment,
• Required vaccines include COVID vaccine plus booster and flu (medical exemptions allowed),
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility,
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius as local candidates are not accepted for this position
