Maintenance Supervisor

Location: San Antonio | 78216
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + occasional Saturday/Sunday shifts
Assignment: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to assist with leading maintenance operations, supervising staff, reducing equipment downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff and assist with scheduling, workflow, and daily priorities
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through preventative maintenance programs
• Assign work orders, monitor repairs, and verify completion of maintenance tasks
• Review production schedules and coordinate maintenance activities accordingly
• Enforce safety standards, GMP guidelines, Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, and company policies
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and documentation within MP2 systems
• Support troubleshooting, repairs, special projects, and communication between shifts
• Promote efficiency, accountability, housekeeping standards, and continuous improvement
• Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and problem solving

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training required
• 5+ years of maintenance experience required
• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required
• Strong background in manufacturing and food processing equipment preferred
• PLC experience REQUIRED
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills REQUIRED
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot plant equipment required
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs, welding/fabrication, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills required
• Ability to work independently and drive operational improvements
