Your future role at a glance Location: Tulsa, OK Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center Department/Specialty: Dialysis Schedule: Fulltime, Day Shift How you'll make an impact in this role Supervision and Coordination: The role involves overall direction and oversight of a unit or department. Staff Oversight and Evaluation: The Director/Manager is accountable for "staff oversight and competency" and is responsible for evaluating the care delivered by staff, providing feedback, and recommending corrective action. Quality of Care and Efficiency: The Director or Manager is accountable for the quality of patient care and the efficiency of care delivery. Delegation and Planning: The role includes assessing daily patient care needs and developing assignments, as well as delegating appropriate duties to licensed and non-licensed staff. Participation in Hiring: Directors/Managers also manage human resources for their area. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
