Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Telemetry

SCHEDULE
Nights, 7p-7a, 36 hours, 3x12s, every other weekend, every other holiday.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly

REQUIREMENTS
- MA RN License
- BLS (ARC or AHA) Required
- 3 years MedSurg Tele experience
- Telemetry experience required
- Strong Meditech experience preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, post-discharge care, and medication use.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Tele test given on first day of orientation.
- Floating possible to similar units.
