Are you an experienced Residential Project Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget? We're looking for a motivated leader to move to the area oversee residential construction projects from start to finish while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Perform regular job site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project timelines.
• Communicate project updates with homeowners and company leadership.
• Resolve construction challenges quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential building methods and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing custom or semi-custom home builds.
• Knowledge of construction management software.
• OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus.
