Training Delivery Specialist (Hybrid) Hybrid in Southaven, Mississippi $70K - $80K + bonus + benefits We are seeking an experienced Training Delivery Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for marketing operations teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Learning & Development, instructional design, marketing automation, and project management who enjoys enabling teams through impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Training Program Development Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for marketing operations and campaign management teams. Create engaging learning content including presentations, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, job aids, and interactive exercises. Continuously update training materials to reflect evolving business processes, tools, and best practices. Training Delivery Deliver instructor-led training, virtual sessions, workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning programs. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies to administer training and monitor learner progress. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and performance gaps. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational goals. Minimum Qualifications 4-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Marketing Operations, or a related field. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Marketing Automation and Email Marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiple email marketing or marketing automation platforms.
