Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team in Overland Park, Kansas. This hybrid role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through consultative sales efforts. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys building connections, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their hiring and workforce needs. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to present staffing and talent solutions. Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences. Manage sales activity, pipelines, and client interactions within CRM systems. Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed activity, revenue, and business development goals. Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to provide consultative guidance to clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional sales experience will be considered. 2+ years of business development, sales, account management, or staffing industry experience preferred. Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.
