Senior Backend Developer

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing developing and maintaining enterprisegrade applications
- Strong expertise in Java with proven experience in building scalable and highperforming software solutions
- Hands-on experience in securely managing and integrating databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle with a solid understanding of database security best practices
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Demonstrated Agile mindset with experience working in collaborative crossfunctional development teams and contributing to the delivery of largescale software systems
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles design patterns and application architecture
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing Spring Bootbased microservices and RESTful APIs
- Exposure to cloud environments preferably Google Cloud Platform GCP
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices and tools including CICD pipelines
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and version control systems
