By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projectsIdentify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomesUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goalsUtilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementationMonitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycleDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, specifically Technology Controls Execution, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesProven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolveStrong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologiesProficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in a Financial Services industryExperience working with Technology ControlsExperience with AWS JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
