Mid-level to Senior Commercial Litigation Associate

Job Overview A leading law firm is seeking a highly motivated mid-level to senior-level Associate Attorney to join its growing Commercial Litigation practice in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will assist in handling sophisticated litigation matters in Delaware's state and federal courts. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial disputes involving complex legal issues, including intellectual property litigation and business-related controversies.
