Financial Analyst - Contract

MagTech is seeking a Contract Finance Analyst to support Department of Defense (DoD) vehicle development programs. This role will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, Earned Value Management (EVM), and program performance analysis while working closely with Program Management, Scheduling, and Cost Account Managers.

• Analyze project financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Support Program Managers and CAMs with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support IPMDAR and CSDR reporting requirements.
• Assist with resource-loaded project plans and program performance tracking.
• Manage baseline changes and support program control processes.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, and Scheduling teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with DoD requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of DoD program finance experience.
• Experience with project cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with Deltek tools, MMAS, CAS, and/or ProPricer.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Master's Degree.
• Experience supporting defense or military programs.
• Familiarity with DoD EVMS requirements and CSDR reporting.

• Must be able to pass required background screening and drug testing.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
