Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Provide outpatient physical therapy services in Decatur, GA, supporting patients recovering from injury and managing chronic conditions. The role requires evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services, and documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Candidates will participate in student education as assigned, pursue professional development, and adhere to safety and compliance expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Georgia PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Clinical competence in evaluation, goal writing, and plan of care development.
• Ability to complete accurate and timely medical record documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry.
• Adherence to state practice act, professional licensure in good standing, and completion of state-mandated continuing education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising students and providing clinical education.
• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and documentation systems used in outpatient clinics.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• 13-week assignment.
• Outpatient setting in Decatur, GA.
