TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Beachwood, Ohio, 44122!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: Must work at least every other holiday Description: AUTO OFFER - 36 HOURS Med/Surg Tele RN. Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required. Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive two attempts maximum to pass the assessments, otherwise will be canceled. Background checks of any kind will be reviewed. The position does not accept travelers with an open case or any license hits. Nurses and CSTs are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements, which is temporary. All other travelers must be nicotine-free, with a negative 10-panel plus nicotine drug screen required within 12 months of the start date. Annual modules may be required, and the specific required hours will vary by specialty. Extensions may be allowed; travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months. A break may be necessary before returning unless approved.
