PureDrip Window Cleaning is looking for motivated Field Technicians to join our growing team in Coeur d’Alene.
This is an active, outdoor role where you’ll stay moving, work with a great team, interact with customers, and develop real-world skills in communication, leadership, and business. If you’re competitive, coachable, and take pride in doing things right, you’ll thrive here.

- Clean residential windows (interior and exterior)
- Safely operate ladders and professional equipment
- Deliver a great customer experience
- Maintain high-quality work and represent the PureDrip brand
We’re Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Able to lift 50+ lbs overhead
- Clean driving record and professional communication
Experience is a plus, but we care more about character, work ethic, and coachability.
