We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. $75,000 - $150,000+ commission-based

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market

• Work directly with pre-qualified buyers from initial consultation to closing
• Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties
• Conduct property showings and buyer consultations
• Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems and follow-up processes
• Convert leads into active clients and closed transactions
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
• Host open houses and engage prospective buyers
• Manage pipeline, schedule, and daily appointments efficiently
• Participate in weekly training sessions, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success

• An active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
