Job Summary:

Watsontown Nursing and Rehab Center, located in the heart of Lewisburg and Bucknell University, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans and state regulations. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our long-term care facility, responsible for:

• Overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans and state regulations.

• Coordinating and delegating nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.

• Providing guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.

• Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Responding to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Valid RN license in the state of PA

• CPR certification required

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
