The successful candidate will drive differentiated value propositions, scalable partnerships, and an affiliate ecosystem to support sustained acquisition and engagement.Typical day might include the following: Develop compelling value propositions for the segment, keeping customer needs, competitive landscape, and profitability in mindIdentify and develop compelling strategic partnerships to help grow the priority segment portfolio and support customers with relevant and impactful value additionsDevelop comprehensive, sharp and impactful strategies/pitches to seamlessly impact and influence cross functional leaders to help achieve the visionLead key and complex initiatives to grow the segments including awareness, consideration and purchaseLead cross-functional teams in the execution of Go-to-Market strategies and major initiatives and drive continued innovation in evolving our offerings and best position BMO to win vs. competitor segments.Partner with Marketing and Customer analytics, to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics, and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sellCultivate and build relationships with internal cross functional partners/leaders and external partners to successfully and sustainably grow the Youth and Student portfolioMake BMO the bank of choice for youth and students and enhance the journeyIdentify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-makingKnowledge, Skills & Qualifications:You have:5+ years relevant Strategy, Consulting and/or Product Management roles in banking or Customer focused industriesExperience in banking industry is an assetExperience in developing and executing customer focused strategies and value propositions, particularly those that require co-ordination and project management across the organization with multiple key stakeholdersExperience with customer segmentation, customer intelligence and market researchStrong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze issues, consolidate learning to develop strategies, and deploy tacticsAbility to impact, influence and lead diverse and cross functional groups; experienced change agentWho you areA builder‑operator, not a coordinator.Credible with impact and influence; equally effective deep in execution.Data‑driven, customer‑obsessed, and commercially sharp.Manages multiple complex programs simultaneously and resolves competing priorities.Salary:$75,900.00 - $141,900.00Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
