Job Opportunity: Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician

We are excited to announce an opening for a Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician to join our dedicated team of 10 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. Candidates must be fellowship-trained and board certified or eligible in Female/Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Proficiency in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques is highly desirable. A strong understanding of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical options for female urinary incontinence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care in both office and surgical settings.
• Evaluate and manage a variety of urogynecological conditions, including office-based procedures, vaginal surgeries, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Participate in our outreach program, which spans 15 community locations and operates across 6 facilities, ensuring patient access to our specialized services.
• Engage in mentoring and teaching residents and fellows who regularly rotate through our program.
• Manage a call schedule primarily for fellow support, involving approximately 4-5 weekends annually and 1-2 weekdays each month.
• Explore extensive research opportunities across all facets of Urogynecology.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Female/Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in the relevant specialty.
• Advanced skills in laparoscopic and robotic surgery are preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of female urinary incontinence treatment options.
