• Are you comfortable on a scissor lift up to ~18 feet and steady at mezzanine height (~9 feet)?

Role impact (Chandler, AZ)

• Deliver code-compliant full-penetration welds following AWS D1.1.
• Assist with bolt-up beam installation and alignment for structural steel.
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and structural plans to drive sequence and quality.
• Validate weld quality and structural integrity to meet safety requirements.
• Work at elevation using scissor lifts (to approximately 18 ft) and on mezzanines (~9 ft).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate closely with the crew and supervision to achieve milestones.

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Active AWS D1.1 certification with 3G and 4G proficiency.
• At least 3 years in structural welding.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.
• Attention to detail, troubleshooting mindset, and ownership of quality.
• Ability to work independently and with a team under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Welding Setups for Production and Blueprint Reading.
