Job Title Phlebotomist5204 – Contract to Hire Location Oconomowoc, WI Schedule Shift1:5:30 am–2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend4:30 am–9:00 am, one day off in the week. Shift2:6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend4:30 am–9:00 am, one day off in the week. Duration Projected duration:3 months + contract to hire. Benefits Benefits available. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum2years experience, including pediatric to geriatric experience. Experience in blood draws, specimen labeling, centrifugation, maintenance data recording, decontamination, and patient information updates. Responsibilities Assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training, and workflow recommendations. Collect, label, centrifuge, split, freeze, and package specimens as per lab protocols. Ensure accurate matching of lab requisition forms to specimen tubes and verify test requisitions. Maintain specimen integrity by storing according to required temperature. Explain the venipuncture and specimen collection procedures clearly and courteously. Summary The main function of a phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training, and making workflow recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
