Dental Assistant

Czaplicki Family Dentistry is seeking a well-trained, friendly Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. This position earns approximately $25.00 - $32.00/hour , depending on experience. We also offer paid vacation time, paid holidays off, medical insurance for full-time employees, and a retirement plan. Our services include Comprehensive Family and Restorative Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics, TMJ Treatment, and Dental Sleep Medicine. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DENTAL ASSISTANT As a Dental Assistant, you are a vital part of our practice and help our dentists be as productive and efficient as possible. You will work in a warm and inviting atmosphere where you feel like a valued member of the team. You will assist dentists, interact with patients, and create a comfortable environment for both children and adults. Accuracy and attention to detail in the dental software (Dentrix) will help keep everything organized. When not assisting, you may help the front desk team and maintain excellent patient communication. QUALIFICATIONS FOR DENTAL ASSISTANT Motivation to learn new things, comfort with technology, teamwork, and a patient-centered attitude. Experience using Dentrix software and familiarity with Cerec technology, digital x-rays, CBCT imaging, lasers, and other advances. Friendly, compassionate, with a sense of humor, and seeking a positive culture. Willingness to learn expanded assistant duties: fabricating temporary crowns, basic knowledge of dental disciplines, taking accurate impressions and x-rays, and performing some lab work.
