As projects move from Dev Eng into Exec Eng, theCivil Engineer will supportPre-Construction, Exec Eng,Engineering Construction, OwnersEngandProcurement (EPC)detailedcivildesign reviewsand provide Civil Engineeringrecommendations.Periodic support duringthe constructionphase,collaborationwith Compliance onstormwatermanagement,support ofrequests for informationandproject close outsupportforwind,solar PV andBESSprojectswill be expected.TheCivilEngineersupportsthe Civil Engineering team anda largerdevelopment andexecution projectteam andservesin support oftheSubject Matter Experts(SME)for technical and engineering mattersrelated tocivil engineeringdesign, stormwatermanagement, and constructionrecommendations.This candidate will work closely withotherCivil EngineeringTeammembersandassistbothDev Engand Exec Engin providingoversight onconceptualthrough IFCdesignsby others. Designplanreviews maybeperformed,optimized, and reviewed utilizing AutoCAD, Civil3Dand Revu Bluebeam.This position requires the candidate to have exposureandknowledge of the regulatory,permitting, and constructionprocess for land development projects.Excellent communication, taskmanagementand planning skills needed, in addition tothe requirement for breadth intechnicalknowledge.The successful candidateshouldhave experience in the design, engineering and analysis ofcivildesignsand studies,and stormwater management systems from 5-500 acres. Experience withwind,PV systems andBESSranging from 500 kW to200+MWis preferable.While civil engineering is the primary qualification, the role will require the review of information related to all practical elements ofwind,PV,and BESS design.
