Job Summary SHB's litigation practice is growing! We are seeking a Hybrid Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation including large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records. Responsibilities Work through all phases of litigation and trial preparation, including large document production, discovery, witness and expert interviews, drafting pleadings, and subpoenaing records. Standing Out Litigation Trial Experience (attending trials) Experience chronicling trial exhibits At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with demonstrated tenure Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience. Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation, large-scale multi-party litigation preferred. Travel required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
