Creative Project Manager

Managing the day-to-day operations of creative projects, the full-time salaried Creative Project Manager will oversee project intake, execution, and resource management in a remote environment while ensuring alignment among Creative, Brand, and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manage the intake and prioritization of creative requests across all brands Shepherd projects from brief through final delivery, including reviews and timeline management Track designer and freelance bandwidth to support balanced workloads and on-time delivery Required qualifications 3-5 years of project management experience in a creative/digital/marketing agency or CPG brand Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous creative projects in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with digital project management and communication tools (e.g., Dropbox, Monday.com) Working understanding of design basics, including file types and production terminology
