Location:  Hawaii
Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule| One-on-One Home Care

Always Best Care Senior Services is currently seeking caring and dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide individualized care for seniors in the comfort of their homes across Oahu.

Our caregivers work directly with clients in a one-on-one environment, allowing them to build meaningful connections while helping seniors maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. 

Whether you're looking for full-time employment, part-time work, or additional income, we offer flexible scheduling and a variety of shift options to fit your availability. 

Starting pay begins at $21/hour, with opportunities to earn more through overnight shifts, weekend assignments, premium cases, and specialized care opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance
• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Accompany or transport clients to appointments and errands when needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans to promote client safety and well-being

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) registration or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Successful completion of a state-approved NA/CNA training program
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Valid driver's license preferred, but not required for all cases
