Job Summary
Clinic RN (Registered Nurse) Hailey, Idaho
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse for a fast-paced family medicine clinic setting with a combined patient population that may include pediatrics, behavioral health, community health, and neurology within the same building. The role focuses on patient rooming, triage, point-of-care testing, assisting with procedures, and providing clinical support for same-day appointments and walk-in care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: 7:30 AM5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch; 4 days per week; 40 hours per week minimum.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of clinic experience
  • Pediatric experience
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Phlebotomy experience
• Responsibilities:
  • Triage and support for walk-in care and same-day appointments
  • Rooming and vital sign collection
  • Point-of-care testing and wound care support
  • Assist with procedures, including (as applicable) vasectomy and circumcision support
  • Provide immunizations across ages
  • Perform/assist with EKGs and other in-clinic clinical tasks
  • Medication administration and in-basket workflow support
  • Support contraception education and services as applicable
  • Assist with skin excisions and related care
  • Maintain documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic)
• Float: Possibly to neurology clinic and behavioral health, but not required and depends on candidate fit.
• Additional Information:
  • Family medicine and pediatric emphasis, with providers that may include sports medicine and OB.
  • Scrubs of any color; hair pulled back.
  • Orientation: 1 week.
  • Weekend requirement: No; however, there is a voluntary potential option to pick up a Saturday shift at the walk-in clinic (9:00 AM3:00 PM) in Ketchum.
  • Holiday requirement: No (office closed).
