What You’ll Do

As our Plumbing Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping both our team and our results. Your focus will include:

Driving sales growth and profit margins to meet and exceed targets

Coaching technicians to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service

Conducting ride-alongs to mentor and develop team members in real time

Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective team performance

Supporting technicians with on-site challenges and problem-solving

Delivering ongoing training and development programs

Fostering a positive, motivating, and accountable work culture

Collaborating closely with leadership to maintain clear communication and operational alignment

What Makes You a Great Fit

5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry

Proven experience in management and sales leadership

Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Passion for helping others grow and succeed

Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
