Work Schedule (Full-Time) Wednesday 6:30 AM - 8:15 PM
E/O Thursday 10:30 AM - 6:15 PME/O Friday 8:30 AM - 3:15 PM3rd Saturday of the Month 7:30 AM - 1:15 PM
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and detail-oriented Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with orthodontic assisting experience who is passionate about patient care, education, and creating a positive experience for every patient.

You will work closely with the orthodontist to support clinical procedures while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.

Key Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during a variety of clinical procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
Take digital X-rays and impressions (digital scanning experience preferred)
Educate patients on oral hygiene, orthodontic care, and post-treatment instructions
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols
Deliver exceptional patient care with a friendly and professional demeanor
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications Orthodontic dental assisting experience required
Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
Detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual
Passion for patient education and contributing to a strong team culture
