Clinical Quality Program Manager

Position Clinical Quality Program Manager – Washington, DC (609 H Street NE). Anticipated end date: 2026-06-04. Working arrangement Hybrid model: associates are required to be in‑office four days a week for collaboration, while virtual work is permitted to support productivity and work‑life balance. Responsibilities Lead state‑level quality strategy meetings, develop a quality plan, and ensure integration of quality into overall business processes. Collaborate with clinical intervention teams to design studies that identify barriers to medical interventions. Ensure study methodology is sound and appropriate reporting is in place. Develop performance improvement plans and oversee clinical quality improvement projects to improve care for members. Ensure compliance with corporate QI work plans and that all QI activities are relevant to the needs of the targeted population. Maintain effective documentation of research programs to meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Provide oversight to assure accurate and complete quantitative analysis of clinical data and presentation of results. Contribute to the development of new product designs for major lines of business. Oversee implementation of new initiatives and lead interactions with regulators or oversight entities. Oversee quality improvement activities for large, complex state programs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in health administration, nursing, or a related clinical field. At least 4 years of health‑care quality or data analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Current unrestricted license or certification in the applicable field (e.g., CPHQ) and/or a master’s degree in a health field (e.g., nursing). Prior leadership or people‑management experience. Experience with HEDIS and closing care gaps. Experience in Medicaid managed care. Project management experience.
