What You'll Do As a Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they'll make while building relationships that last long after the sale. Responsibilities include:

• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Learn each customer's needs through a professional, consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, features, and technology.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the purchase process from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Follow up after the sale to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.
• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training.
• Work closely with dealership leadership to achieve individual and team goals.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience or successful sales experience in another industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
