Job Description Energy Analyst position with Veolia North America. Primary duties and responsibilities include direct reporting to Manager of Energy Management, managing customer relationships, data gathering and consolidation from varied sources, daily and monthly utilities information management for multiple customers, validating costs and utilization with rate engines, handling inquiries and problem resolution for utility-billing issues, assisting with new customer account creation, developing customized reports using data visualization tools, researching procedures for access to customer utility information, collecting and organizing various energy data sources, developing analyses into processes and code using tools such as Excel, VBA, MS Access, SQL, and SSIS, performing quality assurance of data, providing follow-up with utility representatives and commodity suppliers as needed, and supporting project management requests from upper management. Qualifications Education / Experience / Background BS/BA required, preferably in Business, Math, Accounting, Engineering, or relatable field. Some energy, utility or related experience is preferred. Good PC and strong Microsoft Office skills required. Strong analytical/problem solving skills required. Attention to details and ability to review materials for accuracy. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong telephone etiquette. Ability/flexibility to learn and apply new skills. Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications. Ability to prioritize work. High level of professionalism and integrity. Additional Information Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour.
