Shop & Production Manager - Custom Cabinetry / CNC

InfraHire is hiring for Shop & Production Manager in TN location.

- Manage daily shop operations and oversee all aspects of production scheduling and workflow to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Interpret architectural and shop drawings, and translate plans into efficient shop production processes.
- Operate and supervise CNC router (ShopSabre), including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Order and coordinate materials (plywood, hardwoods, hardware) in alignment with production schedules.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously through all stages of fabrication and assembly.
- Lead, direct, and work alongside cabinetmakers and shop personnel.
- Monitor labor, material usage, and production efficiency, maintaining quality control throughout the process.
- Identify and resolve production issues early to prevent delays or installation problems.
- Implement and improve shop processes to reduce waste and rework, and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all project components are complete, accurate, and properly staged for installation.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shop environment.
- Collaborate with ownership, project management, and installation teams to keep projects on track.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of production systems as the company grows.
