Job Responsibilities Gather and interpret data for status of land use, permitting, and building construction. Provide reporting by category, status, and progress of each property. Maintain database of all properties and projects. Communicate with construction owners’ representatives to gather current information on project status and schedules. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent work experience. Advanced level Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams. Microsoft Power BI intermediate to advanced skill level. Smartsheet platform experience. Knowledge of real estate and construction management. Proficient accounting principles.
