Summer Camp Nurse Opportunity

This assignment, located near Oak Harbor, WA, calls for a compassionate RN or LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 care for twin girls requiring medical support. The summer camp will run from May 27th to May 29th, with full-time hours from 8am to 5pm. Whether you reside in Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, or Mt. What You'll Bring:

• Valid RN or LPN license (Washington State)
• Previous experience providing care in a school or camp setting (preferred)
• Strong cardiac, trach, or diabetes care skills a plus
• Ability to manage 1:1 caseloads with professionalism and empathy
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with both students and district staff
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and district onboarding requirements prior to start
• Commitment to punctual full-time attendance throughout the summer camp dates

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to two twin 5th-grade students during ESY summer camp, prioritizing safety and well-being
• Communicate with school staff and engage positively with students
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for any health changes
• Follow individualized healthcare plans and emergency protocols as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
• Collaborate closely with supervising RN (if LPN)
