GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join an international river cruise operation in Europe.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Front Office / Guest Services position

• Cruise or 4*/5* hotel experience

• Strong leadership, organization and guest service skills

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

• Knowledge of MXP/Anveo is a plus

• Flexible, professional and able to work in an international environment
