Provider Enrollment Specialist

Completing routine enrollment tasks, the full-time Provider Enrollment Representative I will research and manage incoming applications, enter data into internal systems, and provide support to providers throughout the enrollment process in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Researches and categorizes incoming applications and correspondence Enters data into document management systems and conducts quality checks on enrollment data Coaches providers through the enrollment process and manages online FAX queues Required qualifications High School diploma or GED 6 months of clerical experience Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with data entry and document management systems Familiarity with provider enrollment terminology and regulations is preferred
