Location: Onsite at Deerfield,IL Note: 1 or 2 days be onsite other days can be remote. Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. Description: This role provides critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the HR Transformation program. The individual will drive cross-functional alignment by managing meeting logistics, tracking deliverables, preparing communications, and maintaining detailed program documentation. This role enables faster execution, improved accountability, and a more efficient transformation process. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Candidates must have a strong background in both Workday and ServiceNow. Good to Have Power BI Experienced in using dashboards to track and visualize project progress. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication 10 years of experience in project coordinator role. Translation work Dashboards representation Looking for more of a Project Manager/ Coordinator. More than 5 years of experience is a must have, sweet spot will be 10 years. No industry specification HR Transformation/ Business Transformation background will be the focus. Global Business Systems experience will be good. Servicenow more preference ideal candidate will have Workday. Close to 10% will be focusing on report analysis. Interview 2 rounds of interview maybe a 3 round depending on how the interview goes.
