In-Home Caregiver (PCA / HHA / CNA) Full Time & Part-Time

Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is hiring compassionate, dependable in-home Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs to provide one-on-one senior care across Fuquay-Varina and South Wake County. This is a PRN / flexible part-time position ideal if you're looking for supplemental income, a second job, or a flexible schedule that fits your life.

Unlike facility-based care, you'll work directly in clients' homes no rotating patient ratios, no institutional environment. We match caregivers with clients close to where you live whenever possible.

This is a PRN position, meaning hours are based on client needs and your availability. Hours are not guaranteed, but caregivers with strong availability typically build consistent schedules over time.

We are currently prioritizing availability during:

• Weekday daytime hours (8:00 AM 6:00 PM)
• Flexible scheduling to accept shifts as they arise

Evening and weekend availability is highly valued and often leads to additional hours. Caregivers with broader availability are considered first for new client assignments.

$17$20 per hour (based on shift type)

Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Transportation and errands
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition

Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass TB screening
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable

Prior experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is strongly preferred. Experience in senior care, dementia care, or hands-on in-home caregiving is a plus.
