What awaits you: You will provide leadership and direction for the Quality department while translating the company’s quality strategy into clear priorities and actions You will lead quality planning by identifying process risks, establishing countermeasures, and developing effective inspection, sampling, testing, and evaluation methods You will partner with production to investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions using standardized quality methods You will evaluate inspection results and quality concerns, monitor key performance indicators, and use trends to identify improvement priorities You will strengthen supplier quality, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirements What you bring to the table: You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, or a combination of education and relevant engineering experience You have at least three years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role You have advanced knowledge of quality engineering, production support, root cause analysis, and standardized problem-solving methods You have experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 requirements, supplier development, and quality performance reporting You are an effective communicator and leader who works independently, builds credibility, remains composed, and collaborates successfully across teams Our Benefits: Hover over our benefit icons and learn more about your benefits with us!
