Quality Control Technician
$18-$24 per hour
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (OT as needed) Job Overview
Lofton Staffing is seeking an Entry Level Quality Specialist to support quality assurance efforts within a manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to build a career in quality, compliance, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities
Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections
Document nonconformances and communicate findings to leadership
Assist with audit preparation and quality processes
Complete quality documentation, checklists, and reports
Follow ISO 9001 standards and document control procedures
Participate in problem-solving and process improvement discussions
Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Previous Quality Control experience in a Manufacturing or industrial environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and grow within a quality role Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work performed in both office and warehouse settings Additional Details
No travel required
Training provided by Quality Supervisor
Exposure to systems such as ISO 9001 and Wrike
Steel-toe boots in warehouse areas
Safety glasses as required #INSJ
