Executive Assistant to High Level Entertainment Executive

A high-level executive in the entertainment space is seeking a polished, proactive career Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination Serve as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the executive’s office Coordinate meetings, rolling calls, and general administrative support Handle detailed travel coordination Support select personal scheduling needs, such as appointments and occasional event planning Assist with special projects, including high-volume seasonal gifting Partner closely with internal team members to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly Requirements 4+ years prior executive assistant experience, ideally within entertainment, media, or production Strong professionalism and communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to serve as a polished liaison to a variety of stakeholders Interested in a long-term executive support path Willing to work onsite Monday through Friday in Santa Monica Comfortable with occasional after‑hours responsiveness Compensation $90,000 paid out hourly Year‑end bonus potential Health insurance 401(k) Location Fully onsite in Santa Monica, CA Pocketbook Agency is acting solely as a recruiting and placement firm for this position and is not the employer of record for this role unless otherwise explicitly stated.
