Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 Duration: 12 + Months (Possible for extension) Salary Range: $18 $19.50/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Work Shift: 9/80 Hours [Monday - Friday] 1st Shift 5:00am-2:30pm Mandatory Scheduled Friday and Saturday as needed.
Job Description
- Good hand/eye coordination manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products
- Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
- Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English (required)
- Close attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork oriented
- Ability to work with little or no supervision if required
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly
- Patience
Basic Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Microscope experience
- Soldering experience
- Experience handing small products/microchips
- Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology (preferred)
- Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production) Soldering certification preferred
