Regional Operations Manager Our client is a key player in the grain handling/equipment industry. With manufacturing and construction capabilities. Headquarters in Iowa, they have regional locations that need attention as well. They are looking for a Regional Operations Manager in the Garden City, Kansas area.
WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
Competitive pay based on experience $110,000 - $150,000 100% company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match – 5% match Profit-sharing program – 25% for this position Paid time off and paid holidays Boot and clothing allowance Ongoing training and career developmentTHE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Manage day-to-day field and office operations across multiple projects and crews Work alongside the sales and design team to grow the current customer base Manage budgets, forecasts, job costs and revenue targets in the region. Provide supervisory oversight on projects with a regular onsite presence.
