Emory Healthcare's 6E cardiovascular surgical unit seeks a capable Charge Nurse to lead daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and administration. You will oversee staffing, assignments, and communication to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with at least 1 year of RN experience, possess Georgia RN licensure, and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills in patient-centered care.
