Commercial Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager (5–7 years experience) to run commercial projects from pre-con through closeout. This role owns schedule, budget, and execution -- you must be comfortable driving the field as well as managing the project.

What You’ll Do

• Run projects start to finish (buyout → closeout)

• Manage subs, vendors, clients, and inspections

• Control budget, schedule, and change orders

• Be present in the field and keep jobs moving

• Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

What You Bring

• 5–7 years commercial construction PM experience (required)

• Buildertrend (or similar) experience (required)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods + sequencing

• OSHA 30 preferred

• Able to manage multiple projects independently
