Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Bachelor's, Master's, or entry level Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university in the area of Physical Therapy is required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Weekend requirement: No
• On-call requirement: No
• Work schedule: 5 days, 8-hour shifts
• Dress code: Khaki pants and white polo
